Bkind Psychological Counselling

Bkind is the psychological counselling centre of Karolína Knížková and Monika Vecerova. Karolína and Monika are Psychologists in psychotherapeutic training at CBT, which is the basis of their client-centred approach. In addition to standard individual counselling for adults, they also offer couples and group counselling and organise online guided relaxation.

We currently offer our services exclusively online.

Psychological counselling

Psychological counselling is a treatment approach for mental health problems. It runs through a dialogue with a Psychologist or another mental health professional. One session usually lasts 50 minutes and is not covered by health insurance.

Relevant topics for psychological counselling may include, but are not limited to; e.g. personal development, self-knowledge, growth, relationships, challenging life events, stress, problems at work and/or with studying, sleeplessness, excessive sleeping, but also more complex mental health difficulties.

Guided relaxation

Mindfulness, body scan and imagery can help with relaxation, managing psychosomatic symptoms and will allow you to learn and practice these techniques.

Relaxation is generally thought of as a process used to achieve rest, calm and the restoration of physical, mental and emotional strength. The essence of relaxation is to provide time and space to calm the mind and body, thereby reducing stress, tension and anxiety.
